Massage & Facial Monthly Membership

Memberships at Massage Theory

Basic Swedish Massage / European Facial Membership:

• Monthly membership autopay is $59.99 per month beginning on the date of the agreement and renews every 12 months. 

• Members receive unlimited membership services each month and will pay membership pricing for each service. 

• Agreements can be canceled at any time with a 30 day notice, or at any time with proof of relocation outside of a 25-mile radius from any Massage Theory location.

• Membership is good at any Massage Theory location. 

• Membership services can not be shared with others.

• Membership services can not be applied to 30 minute services or to student services.

• Membership credits can be combined to extend massage service time. Please note that credits cannot be combined for facial services. Any facial upgrades or enhancements may be added for an additional fee.

• Unused services can be used by the member for up to 3 months before they expire.

• Any unused services that have not expired, can be used by the member for up to 3 months after cancellation.

• If the agreement is terminated before the 12 months are completed, then the client will not be eligible to start another agreement for one year from the cancellation date. 

• The client may temporarily suspend or "freeze" their membership for a period of up to three (3) months. Any suspended time will be added to the end of the original agreement term, effectively extending the agreement duration by the length of the freeze.

  Appointment Cancellations:

  Members will be charged for appointments canceled within two hours of the scheduled appointment time. These are considered a late cancel and are not refundable or transferable to other appointments.
